Bihar’s Utkarsh Kishore Honored at National Youth Parliament 2026 for Youth Empowerment and Social Service

Goa: Young social worker, public policy expert, and founder of TeamUK, Mr. Utkarsh Kishore from Bihar was honored during the National Youth Parliament 2026 for his remarkable contributions in the fields of social service, youth empowerment, and public policy. The award was jointly presented by the Hon’ble Governor of Kerala, Mr. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, and the Hon’ble Governor of Goa,Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju .

The two-day national event, organized at Goa University, witnessed participation from youth representatives, social workers, policy experts, and students from 18 states across the country. The primary objective of the program was to raise awareness among young people about democracy, the Constitution, public policy, and political participation. Various social, political, and constitutional issues were discussed and deliberated upon during the event.

After receiving the honor, Utkarsh Kishore stated that active participation of youth is essential to make India a developed nation. He said that the vision of “Developed India 2048” can only be achieved when the country’s youth actively contribute to politics, policymaking, and social leadership. He also urged young people to participate enthusiastically in democratic processes.

Utkarsh Kishore further said that today’s youth possess energy, ideas, and the ability to bring change, but they need the right direction and platform. If provided with proper opportunities, young people can make significant contributions to the development of society and the nation. He also emphasized that politics should not be viewed merely as a means of power, but as a powerful tool for social transformation.

He credited this achievement to all members, supporters, and well-wishers of TeamUK, stating that the honor was not his alone but the result of collective efforts by the entire team. He reaffirmed his commitment to working more strongly in the areas of employment, education, youth empowerment, and social service in Bihar.

The event was attended by co-founder Shraddha Suman, Anju, Shashwat Kishore, Sachin Kumar, Rajiv Pathak, Abhinav Narayan, and several other dignitaries. Representatives from different states also shared their views on current social and political issues and offered important suggestions regarding the role of youth in nation-building.

Programs like the National Youth Parliament are being regarded as important platforms for young people, where they can share their ideas and take meaningful steps toward positive change in the interest of the nation.
